I bought 3 items from Domestic Domestic - Filson cruiser jacket, Danner boots, and Filson long sleeve t-shirt. There several errors with the order: boots were sent in the wrong size and instead of the cruiser jacket, they had sent a shirt (!). It took multiple meals and phone calls and emails to request a return authorization and request a refund.
Then only refunds for boots and long sleeve t-shirt were issued, so I had to have another set of email exchanges before the refund for cruiser jacket was finally processed today. Complete waste of time and effort
I expected these to be small but they are reqlly tiny. Nicely made but useless for naything.
