Yellowstone National Park is a nearly 3,500-sq.-mile wilderness recreation area atop a volcanic hot spot. Mostly in Wyoming, the park spreads into parts of Montana and Idaho too. Yellowstone features dramatic canyons, alpine rivers, lush forests, hot springs and gushing geysers, including its most famous, Old Faithful. It's also home to hundreds of animal species, including bears, wolves, bison, elk and antelope.
Nearly five million people travel here each year; 90 percent first see the canyon from the South Rim with its dramatic views into the deep inner gorge of the Colorado River. So many feet have stepped cautiously to the edge of major overlooks that in places the rock has been polished smooth.
America's Shrine of Democracy, Mount Rushmore National Memorial features the 60-foot faces of four great American presidents who represent the birth, growth, development and preservation of this country.
Just west of Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain was Arkansas' first State Park adjoining a major metropolitan area. It's definitely worth the short drive. This shirt is also available in their gift shop in different colors.

Before 1978, there were very few moose in Rocky Mountain National Park. In 1978 and 1979, 24 moose were relocated from Wyoming, and by 1994, the herd had grown to 700 moose. Today, most of the moose in Rocky Mountain National Park are on the western side, in and near Grand Lake.
