How are my products shipped?

Standard shipping is free to you.  We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS at our discretion. Should you require a specific shipping method, please note it on your order. Most items ship from us but there are a few that ship directly from the manufacturer. Those are noted in the product description. Please allow extra time for items shipping from the manufacturer. 

When will I get my order?

We ship from Little Rock, AR.  Generally, all orders should be received within 10 business days. Sometimes items shipped via the free option can take up to 14 days. Please expect delays over the holidays. 

We offer expedited shipping for $34.00 if you are in a rush. Expedited packages will ship via USPS Express or UPS 3 Day Select. We will get your package to the shipper as fast as possible but do not guarantee their services. Any delays should be addressed to the carrier.

We also offer priority shipping for $12.00. Priority orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information.  UPS & FedEx give up to the date shipping information while USPS may not update the tracking information until you receive your shipment.  Unfortunately, we can do nothing about that. 

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States. If you have a special request from a different country, please contact us for shipping details at hello@domesticdomestic.com.
