Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We will not accept returns on food items, regardless of condition. 

RETURNS

Refunds are easy. Log into your Domestic Domestic customer account. Select the order and items that you would like to return. Choose "request return" in the upper right corner of the page. Select your reason for return. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, a return label will be generated and emailed to you. Print return label, attach to package and drop with USPS. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt of return product. 

Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code or certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

COUPON CODES

Only one code per customer, email address, shipping address or occurrence will be honored.
