Returns & Exchanges & Coupon Codes


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. No returns will be accepted of seasonal goods personal care (grooming) or edible products.

We want you to find the right size, color or style so we are happy to exchange your item at no charge to you. Simply visit the Returns center, choose exchange and you will be prompted to exchange for a different size or color, if available. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a digital gift card, we will process that as soon as your return is on its way back to us. You will receive a prepaid return label to send back your item. We will promptly ship your exchange item. Free exchange labels are limited to once per sale.


Refunds are easy. Visit our Returns Center to receive a prepaid return label. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you. We will refund you for the amount you paid less a $12 restocking fee per item. 

Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. (coupon codes are not considered sale items)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code or certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.



Only one code per customer, email address, shipping address or occurrence will be honored.
