This soft, rainproof jacket is made with a quiet 2.5 layer laminate fabric and backed with warm, breathable brushed fabric. The interior of the jacket is fully seam-sealed with neoprene interior cuffs and Velcro-adjustable exterior cuffs. Waterproof zipper closure keeps you dry while fishing in the river or in driving rain.  The easy-access handwarmer pockets are lined with flannel for comfort and warmth, and are seam-sealed so warming wet hands in them won't result in a wet body.
